Pascal Liguori & Son are pleased to announce having sold six luxury properties recently and would like to congratulate the new owners of each property.

Pascal Liguori & Son concluded April of 2021 by selling Miradero, a grand historic oceanfront compound; which had a last asking price of $13.9 Million, and for which Pascal Liguori & Son represented both Seller and Buyer. This was the fifth luxury home sold by Pascal Liguori & Son in April.

Pascal Liguori & Son then went on to sell another beautiful home. The beach area enclave, pictured above, was the first home Pascal Liguori & Son sold in May of 2021. This fine estate comprises three bedrooms and three baths in a total of 3,689± square feet and had a last asking price of $1.75 Million.

The second home Pascal Liguori & Son sold in May was the stunning contemporary oceanview estate pictured above, consists of five bedrooms, four full baths and one half-bath in a total of 4,576± square feet. This beautiful home had a last asking price of $2.795 Million.

Recent Significant Sales in 2021 | Pascal Liguori & Son

Pascal Liguori & Son have been making moves throughout 2021, bringing buyers and sellers together with numerous significant luxury home sales.

Pascal Liguori & Son ended 2020 with a bang, selling one of Manalapan’s most prestigious and stunning Oceanfront Estates, with a last asking price of $44.5 Million and having been placed under contract just eight days after being listed. This sprawling ocean-to-Intracoastal masterwork comprises six bedrooms, nine full baths, and three half-baths in a total of 20,825± square feet.

In February of 2021, Pascal Liguori & Son sold three more significant luxury estates, starting with another one of Manalapan’s most notable oceanfront estates.
